Hélène Brunet
In 2015, after 23 years at the D.D.O. Library, Hélène Brunet decided to pursue her passion for journal writing and became a certified Journal Writing Facilitator from the Therapeutic Writing Institute. In 2016, she discovered le nouveau journal créatif™ at a Journaling Conference.
She is now certified by L’Ecole le jet d’ancre (in 2021) to teach this exceptional method that she is passionate about and loves to share with others.
She is always in search of new methods to enhance her teachings. She offers classes in different locations and online.
