What would you like to try? Is there anything you need to heal? If you feel lost, no worries; you have come to the right place. We can discuss your concern until you feel more confident to explore with art materials or immediately jump into the art process.  

We will focus on how you feel and what you want to accomplish without pressure and taming your inner doubts and fears.

The possibilities include abstract expressive painting, art journaling, mixed media, watercolours, acrylics, inks, clay, or other mediums.

You can try one class or plan ahead with a package of a few sessions.
