Natasha Rodrigue

Natasha’s artistic talents were noticed early on in elementary school. Still, she decided to go against the principal’s recommendation to attend an art school and decided to follow her other passion, which was running.

She became an elite sprinter but never left the practice of arts and crafts, drawing and painting. She fell in love with watercolours again while earning her D.E.C. in fashion design, then worked in the fast-paced fashion industry until her children were born.

Natasha chose to be a stay-at-home mom so she could gift her little ones with her passions for art, sport and nature. She volunteered in her kid’s school library, co-ran the Home and School for many years, and shared her artistic talents and skills, contributing to the embellishment of the school for events and many creative projects.   Some of those projects included sets, murals and group paintings for auction.

This remarkable woman is a worrier and an inspiration. She used yoga and art to recover from cancer. She filled up pages of art journals with watercolour paintings and practiced bullet journaling, breathing and asanas throughout her journey of reclaiming herself, strengthening her body and mind.

During her healing process, she also found her purpose in teaching yoga and art. Today Natasha is a fully accredited Yoga Instructor and Art teacher with many hours of training and work under her belt. She loves helping others connect with themselves, and you can find her working in various locations while keeping physically active and working on her art projects.
